Results of Pilot Research on Criteria Framework for Measuring Innovation in the Public Sector in Viet Nam

Results of Pilot Research on Criteria Framework for Measuring Innovation in the Public Sector in Viet Nam conducted by the Vietnam National Innovation Center (NIC), the Ministry of Planning and Investment, and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Viet Nam. The objective of this research is to develop a toolkit so that public sector entities can measure their own innovation levels, assess progress over time, and trace the causes of their innovation achievements and/or limitations. This research project is part of the Citizen Powered Innovation Initiative (CPII) under the Research Programme of Provincial Governance and Public Administration Performance Index (PAPI), with the main funding from the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT).
