The Introduction about Citien Powered Innovation Initiative (CPII):

‘The Citizen Powered Innovation Initiative (CPII) was proposed and supported by the Australian Embassy (DFAT) for the period from 2021 to 2025, under the framework of PAPI program. CPII is designed to capture and promote innovative solutions at the local levels through engaging with selected and interested provinces to foster a successful implementation of provincial citizen powered innovation initiatives. Among the eight dimensions in PAPI, CPII targets Dimension 5 on Public Administrative Procedures and Dimension 8 on E-governance.
